Mrs. A has been working for the Fortune 100 in Chicago for the past 15 years. She is a Change Management expert and Senior Instructional Designer. Her most recent client was Walmart, which is currently the Fortune "1" company according to Forbes.
She received her MA (2004) in Industrial Organizational Psychology and completed her PhD in 2008. She has worked on Change Management projects for large companies such as State Farm and Sears Holdings.
Her instructional design specialties include building web based training, completed in Captivate, Dreamweaver, Power Point, Microsoft Word, and even animation studio software. She has worked in Articulate and other CBT software, but brings with her web design skills to enhance and breath life into her training programs. She has built powerful training for companies such as BP, US Cellular and Walgreens.
She is an expert writer of instructional design material in both soft business skills and IT, using the ADDIE methodology. She can design, develop, and implement any type of training program.
Her best asset is her ability to adapt to any situation, her positive energy, and her ability to save a project money by multi tasking her skills.
